• Technical support to manufacturing & commissioning engineers concerning analysis of technical
problems and answering of technical enquiries.
• Creation of electrical wiring diagrams, manufacturing documents, ERP handling and time
scheduling.
• Technical management, planning & controlling of one’s own engineering work packages.
• Commissioning and attending the testing with departments.
• Coach and monitor team members within the facility in area of expertise including technical
training, problem solving & Knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate the aspects of electrical system design with other engineering discipline including
environmental, civil, mechanical & architectural.
• Read design specifications and technical drawings.
• Communicate with clients, contractors & attend meetings on site.
• Establishing technical specification. Generate detailed design calculations, MV & LV Distribution
schedule, voltage drop calculations, Fault level calculations, Ampacity calculations etc.
• Preparing Electrical calculations (Transformers/ Generators/ Cable sizing/ Panel boards etc.)
Design lighting and small power, load summary sheet and Single line diagram (SLD) as per Local
Authority Standard.
• Fire Alarm Design BS 5839 & NFPA.
• Structured Cabling System Design & Estimation.
• Preparing as built drawings.
• Prepare loop addressing, programming, testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm systems.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s
performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to
provide assistance and technical support.
• Design and drafting the power and lighting circuits in ECAD.
• Responsible for the proposal of engineering tender works (estimation).
• Prepare revision plan if the drawing is complicated and not applicable on site construction.
• Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings,
contact documents, projects specifications and all applicable standards whether local, national
and international standards.
• Responsible for monitoring and checking site installation performed, to ensure its adherence to
the drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing,
system commissioning or performance monitoring.
• Provide technical support for customers on operational and maintenance
