Prepare internal audits annual plan to assure compliance of standards ( ISO 9001, ISO 22000 requirements)
Execute ISO 9001& ISO 22000 internal audits for plant annually. Reporting audit findings to the relevant persons and follow up corrective and preventive actions execution
Responsible for maintenance & compliance to ISO 9001: 2008. & ISO 14001 Documentation & regular updating of Master Files, Quality records & its monthly/Quarterly review

Conducting audit of ARC Company standard Like AIS and APS. It’s covering Lean, Reliability, Quality and safety standards.
Conducting training & Monitoring the projects of FMEA, VSM, SPC & Ergonomic Improvements.
Co-ordinate with other department improves the process with help of PDCA Philosophy.
Conducting 5S & Visual management Audits to improve work culture.
Oversee Lean transformation initiatives. Establish value stream relationships and continuous flow strategy. Develop program acceleration strategies, analyzed learning curves and strategic lean implementation plans by VSM & Process flow tools.
Initiated and facilitated Process Action for critical business activities. analyzed problem areas, recommended solutions, executed them, and evaluated their effectiveness with teams.
To help in preparation of SOP, related to Quality Assurance & manufacturing activities.
Skilled in planning and implementing new processes, procedures and tools for quality assurance testing, defect tracking, status reporting and problem resolution
Measure & Analysis the SMED process to improve job change time and improve productivity
Monitoring, Conducting and analysis SPC & R&R study.
Conduct safety risk assessments on departments with team and provide risk mitigation measures.
Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
Supervising all Quality Control related jobs, Inspection of Products, calibration of instruments required for Process Control & Product Control
Responsible for the development of product and process quality plans, including control plans, procedures, inspection plans, and other quality documentation
Member of Cross Functional Team to prepare PPAP for new product
Member of Cross Functional Team to prepare CONTROL PLAN, FMEA for existing and new
product
Initiate and/or participate in corrective action and problem solving activities.
