• Assist the Contracts & Business Support Engineer in all activities related to the scope such as:
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Searching for new clients and resources who might benefit from company services and maximizing client potential in designated regions
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
• Calculating client quotations
• Close liaising with respective regional Manager’s/Coordinators from client enquiry till proposal.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
• Assuring that all proposals are submitted within 24hrs from the date of enquiry.
• Logging all global enquiries, updating its status, study and identify the reason for unsuccessful proposals and propose remedial actions.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential Clients, partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating with respective regions and submitting the proposals to the requirements
• Identifying the resources (inspectors / Expeditors) as and when required and negotiating rates / contracts.
• Issuing Contracts / Agreements / Purchase orders to sub-vendors and individual contractors.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

• Must maintain specific goals in terms of volume of business from new accounts and number of client visits and number of filled orders.
• Must be effective at making verbal and written proposals, negotiating, calculating burden and mark-up.
• Must develop and implement a recruiting strategy that will support current job listing and for future listing. Utilize knowledge of clients’ requirements and contact previous candidates for referral or to skill market new candidates. Must follow-up with candidates and maintain an up to date data base of potential candidates that could be available on short notice for temporary/contract positions.
• Keep up to date records of Clients needs to skill market potential candidates for positions that may or may not be advertised.
• Maintain knowledge of all Energy Engineering policies, procedures and, regulations.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Pro-active and able to solve problems.
• Must be able to interpret and provide solutions to customers’ needs for both usual and unusual assignments.
• Must follow up on all leads from manager and internal staff as required.
• Must communicate with all personnel’s, responsible, on regular basis and as required specific a daily basis regarding client/prospect information that will aid in assisting the client/prospect.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers
