Event Management
Liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organizing the
production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochures
Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event
Coordinate with the Marketing Coordinators on marketing of the event
Prepare and modify event contracts as requested for Artist, Performers and Presenters
Prepare Contracts with Caterers, A/V Specialists and other vendors in a timely manner
Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event
stakeholders)
Prepare nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards
etc
Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to
ensure that all runs smoothly
Organizing facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media
Coordinating staffing requirements and Solicit, Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the
performance of volunteers for the event
Marketing
Marketing Research, Strategy and Action Plan
Oversee the proper implementation of regional marketing plans to achieve revenue objectives and
brand equity targets.
Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
Develop regional marketing strategic plans and ensure that the core values are imbedded in all plans
and made to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Conduct market research to determine local market requirements for existing and future products.
Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Manage and implement annual regional marketing budgets for the achievement and enhancement of
revenues, profitability, image and brand.
Monitor regional revenue performance and marketing activities implementation and develop any
necessary contingency and actions plans.
Ensure that all marketing communications are compliant.
Branding
Ensure maintenance of brand identity, brand awareness and brand loyalty, internally and with all
stakeholders.
Continually monitor the competitive landscape and oversee content, production and distribution of all
marketing and publicity materials.
Public Relations
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Coordinate and liaise between parties such as media and design agencies.
Technology
Manage and work on the continuous enhancement of the standardized Marketing System.
Social Media Management
Oversee and manage all communication aspects through regional brand social media channels and
content.
Maintain and contribute to regional social media content and updates
Monitor and respond to all regional web and social media interactions with the public.
Contribute in the development of the web and social media component of the marketing strategy and
plan.
Content Creation
Create communication materials for all platforms, and material for social media channels, brands’
online portals, blog posts and articles.
Social Engine Optimization Management
Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective
leads and exceed sales
targets for the business
• Develop a sales contact plan, direct marketing budget and attend industry events to build relationships
with key prospects
• Respond to incoming requests for information, requests for proposals in a professional and creative
manner
• Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the team to develop a tailored digital marketing
proposal
• Work closely with colleagues to identify common new business prospects
• Represent at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums and new business events
• Work closely with marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors
Knowledge sharing learning and development
• Enhance own development by taking responsibility and staying informed and up to date with industry
knowledge
• Work closely with the sales team to develop new business proposals
• Work closely with the client service, operations, editorial and implement and demonstrate expertise at

• Participating in performance reviews and building a personal building plan
