Managing a transparent and legally compliant full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced, high volume organization.
● Conducting candidate screening and database mining to identify candidates for open positions.
● Writing the advertisements for posting on various Australian job-boards and Indian portals.
● Conducting phone screens and presenting shortlists to the Hiring Leads and Business Relationship Partners (BRPs).
● Notifying to unsuccessful candidates at the appropriate time through the various stages of the recruitment process.
● Inviting and scheduling candidates for assessment centres.
● Coordinating and booking interviews/site visits with candidates and hiring managers.
● Coordinating employment screening checks including medicals and psychometric testing.
● Administering collection of candidate information including ID, medical availability as required.
● Preparing accurate employment contracts including new offer letters, secondment, transfer and promotion letters.
● Maintaining Taleo through each stage of the recruitment process.
