HR Operations & Employee Management
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for 4, 000+ employees across 140+ retail outlets in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu
Dhabi, acting as the primary HR contact for store managers and department heads
• Execute full employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, contract preparation, renewals, transfers, and
exit processing — maintaining audit-ready documentation across all locations
• Manage and maintain HRIS records on Delfi, eliminating 500+ duplicate and outdated employee entries to restore
data integrity and strengthen compliance reporting accuracy
• Prepare monthly C3 payroll exception sheet in Excel capturing salary adjustments, corrections, and status changes for
the payroll processing team — delivered error-free every cycle
• Apply UAE Labour Law consistently across all employee lifecycle events, ensuring policy compliance across a multi
emirate, high-volume retail workforce
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with confidentiality and in line with UAE Labour Law
HR Compliance & Regulatory
• Monitor trade license quota compliance per MOHRE and ILOE regulations, proactively identifying and resolving
discrepancies before escalation to WPS suspension
• Manage end-to-end ILOE enrollment, amendments, and deregistration for 4, 000+ employees, maintaining a zero
penalty compliance record throughout tenure
Visa & PRO Coordination
• Process 4, 000+ visa transactions annually including new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, medical fitness
appointments, and Emirates ID coordination via MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP portals
• Liaise with PRO teams and government authorities to ensure timely approvals, document compliance, and on-time
submissions with zero regulatory fines
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Coordinate recruitment workflows under the Talent Acquisition Manager covering sourcing, screening, interview
scheduling, and bulk onboarding for regional hiring campaigns
• Provided overseas recruitment coordination support on a project basis, assisting with candidate documentation,
communication, and onboarding logistics
• Manage candidate pipelines, offer documentation, and onboarding milestones, contributing to a 15% reduction in
onboarding cycle time
Office & Administrative Operations
• Manage HR reception, screening walk-in staff and coordinating access to HR department managers — verifying
