1) Designed UI from inception to final product and successfully relaunched website which increased unique visitors by 28%; Process involved: Gathering requirements, preparing sitemap, paper prototypes, low and high fidelity wireframes and crafting design mock-ups with vector illustrations

Owned by Delivery Hero (Berlin), Carriage started with food delivery and expanded to flowers, grocery, pet food and electronics delivery. It has more than 1 Million combined App store and Google play downloads.
1) Collaborated with and coordinated across a cross-functional team to effectively integrate design expertise inside an agile development environment
2) Conducted A/B testing to assess user impact for specific UI elements of category selection
3) iOS & Android App: As part of team, re-designed existing UIs to better adapt Android and iOS devices; Abandonment rate decreased by 15%; Features included Grocery Swimlane UI, Credit card saving feature, OTP authentication, Carriage Black (Subscription feature), Vertical switcher re-design and Favorites feature.
4) Carriage Driver App: Built end-to-end designs of all application screens; Process followed included user persona interview, crafting user flow, creating information architecture followed by making low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes as well as design mockups using Sketch and Invision
5) Restaurant Dashboard: Prepared wireframes and assisted in designing dashboard used by restaurant managers for maintaining order book
