· Participate in annual business planning activity and provide inputs to the Leadership team in terms of the market potential, competition, new trends to ensure development of robust business plan.
· Develop and drive implementation of marketing strategy for the yearly training programs.
· Responsible of newly launched training programs and managing them from development phase to post execution reporting.
