In order to achieve the target of least defect in the sprint release, have worked closely with the IT development, testing team and Business team having gathered, recorded requirements in BRD (Business requirement document), FRD (Functional requirement document) and shared the same for project implementation.
Conducted impact analysis of the change request and maintained traceability matrix with tracing all the impacted use cases. Actively held Scrum meetings regularly to remove collaboration challenges and have done UAT (user Acceptance testing) also provided active support in development, production and deployment phase.
At the same time, I contributed to the Community of Practice (COP) where I had a team of close to 5 members who were working on “All Virtual Banking” Research paper and data analytics. I worked in collecting the sample data and analyzing the data using the tool IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).

, Document, Capture, Manage and Communicate the Requirements using Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) which helped in controlling numerous artifacts across the deliverables for a project.
•Actively involved in facilitating Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) sessions with Business User Group and conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
•Involved in project scoping, estimations, coordination, scheduling, organization.
•Participate in elicit requirements, requirement gathering sessions and workshops with key external and internal stakeholders to capture user stories and propose best possible solutions.
•Created Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams using Visio.
•Extensive participation in creating HP ALM Use Cases, Screen Mockups, Impact and Risk Analysis.
•Involved in Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Issue Resolution and Report Generation to assure that all aspects of a Project are in compliance with the Business Requirements.


Project 2: System Engineer: To improve end user’s online banking experience, thus encouraging the customers to do more business through e-channel and to provide a single sign on facility to navigate to different web pages under the consolidated web suite to improve user online experience.

Project Description: Preparing requirement specifications, Prototypes and development of application using asp.net, C#, AJAX for online banking functionalities like money movement between banks, cash transfer, security transfers, money or asset movement from external financial institute to bank, Issue checks and deposit slips.
I have performed the below activities as a part of the project delivery:
•As a System Engineer, working closely with the client Business team and Presales team with an aim of validating the understanding of requirements through discussion For the BRD and SRS document.
•Working on writing use cases and creating activity diagram.
•Writing test cases for testing and testing the application in all deployment pipelines.
•Developing the application
•Coordinating with on-site team for code walkthrough of changes.
•Communicating with the customer about the functionality change implementation on regular basis.
•Provide end to end support from inception till completion of the project.
