Handle phone calls for the candidates and arrange for the interviews.
- Make ads. at newspaper with required qualification for drivers hiring.
- Coordinate with driver and drivers’ chief, time of driving test and drug test.
- Responsible for collecting personal Pictures for Drivers and employees for Medical Insurance.
- Sending an Email by new drivers hire to the HR Specialist to add to life insurance Documents.
- Handle drivers’ payroll (60 Drivers).
- Follow up with staff continues of hiring doc.
- Receive customer’s order by phone, fax or email then put it in operation after arrangement with mange and team port.
- Responsible to follow the drivers and trucks every 2 hours till arrived to the client and back to the port.
- Responsible to follow up with our employees at ports (Sokhna- Dkhela) to continue the rest of shipment paper.
- Responsible to make the daily invoices to the clients using system (Great Plans).
- Answering hotline and satisfy customer inquires
- Handle the office routine job (faxes, mails, phone call, translation letters & filling).
