• End to End Recruitment process handling, Joining process, generating offer letter or contract letter request, sharing pre engagement mails.
• Developed positive working and wellbeing initiatives, improving business appeal to current and prospective employees. Coordinating with Senior Team members to identify Team requirements.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Naukri, Hirist, Angelist, Cutshort, LinkedIn recruiter, Instahyre, social platforms and professional networks).
• Have experience on ATS (Applicant Tracking system) to track the process of the candidates which are being interviewed. We use the Darwin Box tool for this.
