Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.
Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its executions
To analysis potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
Process Cisco Point of sales (including rebates claims) & Inventory sheets twice a week and upload Cisco POS & Inventory twice a week on DCA Tool.
Send a Point of Sales analysis report to the management team on a weekly basis about all numbers posed per Cisco AM, per Month, per Quarter.
Report the final Point of sales to Distributor Account Manager twice a week, send Cisco account manager POS confirmation (if any) to Cisco AM twice a week.
Process Distributor weekly POS & Booking forecast and send it weekly to Emerging CAD team.
Update Cisco offline inventory file with all orders placed / cancelled to Cisco.
Update Cisco offline inventory file with all customer orders received / cancelled and their order processing forms.
Follow up ordering (and shipping), booking, invoicing, delivery (serial numbers) of each customer PO and update all these information on Cisco offline inventory.
Monitoring MBO program performance/achievement monthly and report the performance/achievement to Business Development Manager monthly.
Organize and coordinate training sessions and Event, Seminars including confirmation of attendees, booking and Resellers Training Programs.
Develop and maintain well organized filing system for operations that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
Track Client incentive program, identifying areas of improvement or lack of compliance. Work with the Client directly to determine right corrective action to avoid problems.
Claiming Coop marketing budget quarterly.
