• Monitor field work and Conduct Multi-Sector Needs Assessment Surveys (MSNA).

• Ensure respect, non-judgment, and friendly attitude conducting all activities.

• Conduct Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice surveys regarding medical-related topics.
• Ensure all information on each survey is accurate and complete prior to submitting it.
• Ensure daily transfer of information and data to the MEAL coordinator.

• Conduct beneficiary satisfaction surveys with service users at CMH-SUc’s supported by
MdM in Beqaa and Tripoli and Beirut area under the AFD RECEVAL project.
• Ensure all information on each survey is accurate and complete prior to submitting it.
• Work under the supervision of MEAL officers.
• Ensure daily transfer of information and data to the MEAL Officers.

• Conduct beneficiary satisfaction surveys with service users at PHCCs supported by MdM
in Beqaa and Tripoli area under the AFD SAQIRH project.
• Ensure all information on each survey is accurate and complete prior to submitting it.
• Ensure daily transfer of information and data to the MEAL Officers.

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Answering questions about products or the company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Sort, label, and check the specimen.
• Maintain the accuracy of the results.
• Follow the standard laboratory procedure.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines while experimenting.
• Run machine tests in Biochemistry, Hematology, Serology and Molecular Biology sections.
• Culture specimen in Microbiology section.
• Identify microscopical findings in Bacteriology, Hematology and Parasitology sections.
• Prepare reports based on findings.

• Support the vaccination centers throughout the vaccination process.
• Receive cases from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).
• Manage the MOPH's mobile clinic cases.
• Support Oummal Mobile Unit, remotely and on the ground.
• Support the vaccination call center 1214 through the Covid19 Vaccine Software.
• Receive reports from call center regarding technical issues in certificates, and follow-up.
• Refer specific cases to the Central Inspection and the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).
• Data entry: registration of doses taken outside of Lebanon.
• Amendment of patients’ personal data and reschedule appointments upon request.
• Audit the files of vaccinated handicaps.
• Provide technical assistance in the trouble shooting related to the software.

• Receive calls regarding the Covid19 vaccine.
• Help people to pre-register for the vaccine on the online platform COVAX.
• Provide the necessary information about the vaccine.
• Report any technical issue in certificate to the technical support team.
• Report problems in vaccination centers, and appointments to the supervisor and/or team
leader.
• Report any side effects after receiving the vaccine.
• Help reschedule appointment or change vaccination clinic.
