KEY RESULT AREAS:
• Ensures compliance to Projects & Company’s quality standards of working drawings.
• Conduct design analysis. Provide alternative Architectural/engineering plans and designs to the project team.
• Provides quantity estimates of project involved.
• Quality Control and Assurance of ongoing works.
• Ensures Safety Standards are followed at all time on construction projects.
• Preparation of contract documents, general conditions and contract specifications.
• Construction supervision, budget monitoring and project evaluation.
• Ensures timely procurement and delivery of quality construction materials and equipment.
• Coordination with Clients and other contractors for smooth implementation of overall project.
