To inspect and Monitor all major scaffolding works against working drawings and active work plans on a daily basis.

To observe and report through official Quality Procedures all Health and Safety and Quality Issues, Site wide and on all disciplines.

To visit all sites regularly to oversee the company’s activities.
To take responsibility for Business Development and Tender negotiations.

To prepare monthly CVR costing information for contracts under my control.
To authorise and prepare all labour and materials expenditure including wages.
To expand the company’s activities through developing sales opportunities.
To manage and control operational supervision.
To prepare prime cost build- ups.
To liaise with internal departments.
To manage and control up to 75 scaffolders.
To ensure all health and safety requirements are strictly adhered to by all operatives.
To produce annual budgets in conjunction with senior management.
