• Managing contractual correspondence, change orders, claims and invoicing with client and subcontractors
• Manage project cash flows, invoicing and receivables from client and subcontractors

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall project management.
Project budget planning, monitoring and cost control
Ensure manpower deployment as per Histogram and material availability.
Meeting with clients on project progress, project look ahead schedule and other techno-commercial aspects.
Liaising with clients, vendors for resolving the technical issues
Co-ordination meetings with Engineers/supervisors and consultant representative to discuss P&ID, logic and cause & effect drawings to finalize changeover strategy
Implementation of Quality Procedures in line with ISO 9000.
To ensure implementation of HSE policy by means of audits and internal meetings.
Procurement and expediting of project material & consumables
Preparation of Construction & Pre-commissioning procedures.
Preparation of Variation Order request for additional works
Completion of construction / Installation / Commissioning activities as per schedule
Close coordination with other disciplines so as to eliminate any interface problem in timely execution of the project.

MAJOR WORKS
Technical Support Service for Qatar Petroleum; Maersk Oil &Total E&P Qatar
Contract value is 28 Million QAR. Main responsibility is to provide supports for the ongoing maintenance activities and offshore fabrication works as required.

EPIC of LPG Hydrogenation plant for Oryx GTL LTD
The contract value is 40 Million QAR. The main responsibility is co-coordinating the site related activities.

Shut down and maintenance works for M/s. Oryx GTL Ltd, Qatar
Contract value is 12 Million QAR. The main responsibility is to coordinate various shut down works such as heater tube replacement, Oxygen burner/Gas nozzle replacement•

EPIC of Bridge Support Platform For NFA for Qatar Petroleum
The contract value of the project is 5 Million QAR. The client is Qatar Petroleum. The responsibility for the project is design, procurement, installation and commissioning of 2 HVAC units for QP Offshore platform at PS4.

Project Title: PETRO Rabigh Utilities and Offsite Umbrella (UOU) Project with Foster Wheeler Arabia Ltd.

Responsibilities:
Piping &Insulation in charge of RBH sub contractor’s work of 1, 35, 000 m2 area of pipe line insulation works (1, 00, 000 m2 area of hot insulation and 35, 000 m2 area of cold insulation) and equipment insulation work.(Contract value:40 Million SAR)
Coordinating the activities of the design and construction teams.
Preparation of progress schedule and reports of insulation works.
Tracking the project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives.
Preparing monthly progress reports and monitoring progress against the agreed project programme and the financial status of the respective sub-contracts.
Developing and implementing recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
Preparing technical construction specifications
Technical specification reviewing and resolution.
Coordinating the collection and dissemination of technical information between the Client and Sub contractor.
Controlling the quality of the works as per given standard, Inspection and Test Plan.
Evaluating project performance of functional areas.
Estimating and assessing the BOM of insulation works.
Checking and controlling the Insulation Invoice Preparation.
Rendering technical support in preparation of method statements, Job Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment forms.
Reviewing and verifying of project estimates monthly.
Preparing requisitions for equipment and miscellaneous items as required.
Administration of the contract valuations and the issue of the respective payment certification.
Providing design and construction documentation as required by the project, including conducting site surveys and inspections.
Preparation and issue of practical completion certificates for insulation works.
Preparation of piping Tie-in packages.
Piping hydro test package preparations.
Preparation of the punch list prior to hydro test.

RESPNSIBILITIES:
Project Planning
Designing and detailing of the plant drawings.
Preparing quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, design.
Co-ordinating procurement involving vendor estimation, negotiations and finalisation for engineering services & Capital goods purchase.
Monitoring program cost activity to achieve an “in budget” result
Ensure that project charges are correctly represented for accounting’s closing process.
Procurement of equipments, pumps etc.
Inspection of new equipments prior to purchasing.
Erection and modification of plants.

MAJOR WORKS:
Erection and Commissioning of the new alloy plant of Binani -MAZAK Ltd. (Joint Venture of Binani Zinc Ltd, India and MAZAK UK for the manufacturing of Zn alloy.)
Sulphuric Acid Plant Revamping
Modification of Clarifier and Filters in the Leaching Plant.
