Duties:

repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and
evaluating new equipment and technologies

- Responsible for all declarations and letters at the
port (letter to customs brokers, requests for entry
and exit permits addressed to the Seaports
Committee or the Customs Security Department)

transactions related to the transportation of
goods within the port with customs brokers (cash
payment, bank transfers)
- Liaising and dealing with the agent regarding
vessel charges (bills, bank transfers, advance
amount, overdue bills)
- Communicate with the port office tenants to
pay the rental fees
*Assistant Yard Planner / Document Controller:
Duties:
- Coordinating with shipping agent for the import
and export documents.
- Collecting customs declaration and Delivery
Order from clearing agents.
- Preparing service order for the documentation
and send to finance team for obtain RP (Invoice).
- Coordinate with yard foreman and cargo delivery
officer for the smooth cargo delivery on time and
safely.
- Preparing service order for yard delivery for using
manpower and equipment.
- Collecting invoice from finance team and maintain
record keeping with particular vessel file.
- Manage archiving of completed shipment files and
maintain record keeping on vessel basis.
- Preparing yard utilization and truck movement
report based on last 24 HR activities.
- Monitoring yard system and Gate system on daily
basis.
*Cargo Delivery Clerk:
Duties:
- Preparing Delivery Note
- Cross check customs declaration and cargo exit
permit while making Delivery Note.
- Cross check customs declaration with import and
export cargo (Containers, RO-RO, and General
cargo) and payment voucher while giving delivery.
- Make sure cargo and quantity is matching with
manifest and customs declaration.
- Maintain summery in Gate file for cargo
discharged from vessels and balance on board the
vessel
- Providing time to time information about cargo
movement to operation and planning team
- Coordinating with operation and planning team
regarding payment for the particular cargo
- Maintain record keeping of tally sheets and
receipt of payment once cargo delivered
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
- Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into ECW (address, telephone
number, name of insurance or self-pay status).
- Schedule appointment correctly - review appointment date, time, location, and
provider name with caller.
- Inform caller of items to bring to appointment (including insurance card, medications,
office visit fee, and verification of income - if applicable).
- Remind caller to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before scheduled appointment to complete
paperwork.
- Remind caller of cancellation/no-show policy.
- Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused
- Act as a liaison for the patients and the Health Center: direct calls to other
departments as needed,
- use sound judgment in handling calls, especially withupset patients and understanding of when to escalate calls to physicians/practicemanager/ triagenurse.
- Submit higher for service patients such as make reminder calls as requested
and make calls to reschdule appointments when necessary.
