In charge of all travel requests, booking and ticketing for all Agility Jordan staff.
* Ensure newly employed staff new files established, joining dates settled.
* In charge of filling system for all forms related to Agility Jordan staff.
* Administrative Tasks. Performs administrative support activities as dictated by the
immediate supervisor.
* Provide staff orientations.
* Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
* Perform other related duties as required.
* requirements, implementing changes.
* Printing letters for CEO only if he need.
* Issuing Purchase orders and filing system related to the supply of plant and warehouse
needs from administrative procurement.
* Assisting and receiving customers and clients.
* Provide receptionist services (international calls).
* Assistant in customs and shipping department.
* Observe the time and ensure that the employees comply with the official working hours
and submit periodic reports to the Human Resources and Administration Department.
* Keeping employee files and ensuring that the information contained therein is
continuously updated by recording and documenting all information related to the
's employees such as promotions, training courses, matters related to salaries,
privileges, deductions, performance evaluation, attendance, absence and termination.
