- Input to performance management systems and competency frameworks and update them on a continuous basis.
- Participate in the Assessment Center activities where required. Competency Based Interviewing (CBI), Critical Reasoning Test Battery (CRTB), and Analysis Presentation (AP).

Responsible for the whole aircraft on flights, with regards to passengers, safety & security on-board, & dealing with ground personnel, from aircraft handling, through engineering, catering & cleaning; leading the team of crew members, by:
- Quality Management: Supervising proper delivery of service according to standards set by the company, and ensuring regulations are followed (safety, security, grooming standards, etc.)
- Complains Handling: Dealing with on-board complaints and solving passengers’ problems, while ensuring delivery of proper service recovery
- Training new and newly promoted crew members
Performance evaluation: Giving feedback on crew’s on-board performance and reporting it to management in writing.

Mar 2004 - Nov 2004: At the inauguration of the Shanghai destination all crew members required a visa to China. As part of the scheduling audit team, lead a team of 7 to execute the implementation of the process of: selecting eligible crew members, collecting passports, processing visas through the visa services department, delivering passports, filing and updating the system; as well as flagging exception cases, when passports were delayed by the Chinese Embassy

Apr 2004: Took Initiative to implement The Flight Time Limitation document (the rules & regulations for legality of flying for crew members), organized the training plan, and delivered the presentation sessions to the Purser promotion groups in April and May.

Oct 2003 - Dec 2004: Lead the team to introduce the new crew rostering system, setting up the training path, and training the crew on the system.
