•Equipment and machinery fumigation for food processing establishments.

Key Responsibility:
•Manage and supervise overall operations of Pest Management division.
•Responsible for delivering departmental KPI as per balance score card.
•Budget preparation as per the corporate growth strategy.
•Imparting technical support to the operations team and management.
•Evaluation/Technical support of Bids/RFP for high-end projects.
•Responsible for delivering Key Performance Indicators for the assigned SLA/Projects.
•Liaison with Dubai Municipality Pest Control Section.
•Incorporate new innovations/technological advancement.
•Overall supervision of major projects including planning, costing, supervision and technical support.
•Develop and execute new proposal and tailor-made solution to potential clients.
•Represent the company for Technical presentation and client meetings.
•Support the management in recruitment.
•Provide MIS support to the management.
•Ensure compliance with EHS policy/ISO standards.
•Impart Technical training to the staff and clients.
