Plumbing Inspector and plumbing designer:
• Assure the quality of works according to Revised National Plumbing Code of The Philippines and ordinance of the Municipality. Make daily inspection report and coordinate to sub-contractor to solve any construction issues. Inspect all plumbing system during leak test and hydro test and make necessary recommendation if needed before giving the approval. Make sure that all sub-contractor follow all standards and specification for the installation of all plumbing system.
Fire Protection Inspector and designer:
• Assure the quality of works according to NFPA-13 and NFPA-14 standard. Make daily inspection report and coordinate to sub-contractor to solve any construction issues. Inspect welding joint, threaded joint and flange connection during piping installation. Inspect all fire protection system during hydro test and make necessary recommendation if needed before giving the approval. Verify on site that all the sub-contractor follow the construction drawing and pertinent standards.
Scaffolding Inspector (with certificate)
• Inspect newly erected scaffolding then make recommendation if needed some modification and put necessary documents and green tag if it is in good condition and safe to use. Regularly inspect all scaffolding and ladders on a weekly basis. Attend Scaffolding Weekly Coordination meeting and implement on site all the instruction coming from the main safety officers. Comply to all scaffolding safety requirement
Permit Holder: (With Certificate)
• Survey and evaluate the site area to know the specific work permit to be submitted for approval.
• Prepare the necessary documents needed for the permit (WMS, JHA, Workers TPC, Equipment TPC, Checklist and other associated permit)
• Supervise the execution of works and make sure all workers followed the standard working procedure
• Comply to all HSE requirement to have a safe working place
Scaffolding Inspector: (With Certificate)
• Inspect newly erected scaffolding then make recommendation if needed some modification and put necessary documents and green tag if it is in good condition and safe to use
• Regularly inspect all scaffolding and ladders on a weekly basis
• Attend Scaffolding Weekly Coordination meeting and implement on site all the instruction coming from the higher safety officer.
• Comply to all scaffolding safety requirement
Welding Supervisor:
• Prepare all necessary documents and drawings needed during construction
• Make and issue a welding paper based on WPS and WIP drawing
• Inspect and evaluate fit-up welding and final welding also recommend repair if needed prior for client inspection
• Supervise Iron Worker during grinding works.
• Assist the welding inspector during Fit-up Inspection and Final Inspection
• Assist and prepare all materials needed during Non Destructive Test - NDT (MT & PT)
General Works:
• Make a report for the daily attendance of all personnel (absent, vacation, returning and exit) and present it to the management
• Generate forecast report based on the forecast made by the foreman then present it to the management.
• Update Daily Work Report, Work Volume Report and Incentive Report then sent it to the management
• Prepare training schedule for the worker.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the University’s facility equipment namely Chilled Water Pump, Air Handling Unit, Gas Water Heater, Steam Boiler, Fountain and Swimming pool
• Make daily work schedule of the technicians based on Equipment Annual PPM Plan and actual status of the equipment.
• Coordinate to other Engineer in-charge for any preventive or corrective maintenance scheduled.
• In-charge in automation works for Fountain, Gas Water Heater, Sump Pumps and Swimming Pool.
• In-charge for the operation and maintenance of all the Fountain, Gas Water Heater (LPG), Electric Steam Boiler and Swimming Pool (Ozone system).
• Daily monitoring of all mechanical equipment and insure all PPM works for all the facility equipment (Air Handling Unit, Chilled Water Pump, Water Pump, Sump Pumps, Gas Water Heater, Steam Boiler, Fountain and Swimming Pool) is conducted properly and on time.
• Insure smooth and safe operation of all Facility Equipment mentioned above.
• Responsible for the design of piping together with the JFE Engineering Japan using EYECAD, AUTOCAD, AUTOPIPE and other engineering software
• Make and modify Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) using AUTOCAD software.
• Perform pipe size calculation by manual calculation or Line List Velocity calculation using Excel software.
• Make and modify Foundation Drawing, Embedded Material Drawing, Structure Plan Drawing and detail drawing like Erection Hatch Drawing, Tank Detail Drawing, and Can Product etc. using AUTOCAD software.
• Create 3D model of the plant using EYECAD 3 Dimensional Engineering Software.
• Design the pipe route and pipe support of the plant.
• Perform interference check of the pant and make/ propose for the possible solution using EYECAD and NAVISWORKS software.
• Produce different piping drawing and documents like Spool Drawing, Pipe Drawing Layout and Material Take-off etc.
• Perform stress calculation and analysis of the pipe using AUTOPIPE software.
• Overseas Dispatch (Japan)
o Finished the material take off (MTO) for pump area and garbage waste water area.
o Finished the spool drawing of pump area and garbage waste water area.
o Finished the piping arrangement drawing of pump area, boiler equipment area and slug cooling area.
o Attend project meeting with all department concerning interference checking.
o Finished the foundation drawing of pump area, boiler equipment area and garbage waste water area.
o Finished the detail drawing of erection hatch and condensate tank.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of facility equipment namely Chiller, Pump, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Air Handling Unit, Dust Collector, Air Conditioning Unit, Gas Tank (Nitrogen VIE Tank, Hydrogen Lorry and Oxygen Cylinder) etc.
• Promoted as a person in charge for MCR Production Building and Facility Building.
• Perform overhauling of Pumps, Fans and Motors.
• Perform maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of all facility equipment.
• Perform problem analysis using Fishbone Analysis and Six Sigma etc.
• Prepare annual preventive maintenance of the equipment
• Update/ modify Mechanical Drawing, Electrical Drawing and Civil Drawing of the plant using AUTOCAD software.
• Update mechanical and electrical plant drawing using Autocad software.
• Study the process of production and recommend for the new layout of the equipment to reduce production time.
• Install and maintain mechanical equipment of the plant.
• Implement the preventive maintenance schedule of the plant.
