I worked as Arabic Director and Education Consultant for all Taaleem Schools; IBO Integrated-based curriculum, and IGCSE schools. I oversaw all the aspects that support the development of the quality of MOE subject teaching and learning.
My responsibilities at Taaleem were:
● Training all MOE heads of departments and subject leaders (of seven schools) on leading and training teams effectively ‘Leadership and You’
● Carry out appraisal of MOE studies teaching.
● Evaluate the use of technology in the teaching and learning of the above subjects.
● Apply SWOT: Identify strengths and weaknesses in the teaching and learning of the above subjects and in the appropriate use of resources and curriculums.
