My responsibilities at Taaleem were:
● Training all MOE heads of departments and subject leaders (of seven schools) on leading and training teams effectively ‘Leadership and You’
● Carry out appraisal of MOE studies teaching.

● Review school timetables to ensure these meet the needs of the Arabic, Islamic and social studies programs as well as the Ministry requirements.
● Assist Principals in the recruitment of Arabic teachers.
● Facilitate the instructional and curriculum planning process in the schools.
● Facilitate implementation of the Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Civics curriculum
● Liaise with Arabic HOD and school Principal to find solutions to problems identified related to the Arabic teaching or program in the school.
● Liaise with Arabic teachers and serve as a link between the Arabic teachers in various BE schools.
● Assist Arabic HoDs and teachers in course design, curriculum development, evaluations/examinations, resources, staff development, research and others as necessary.
● Liaise with Team Leaders in the English language program at schools regarding best practices in the teaching and learning of languages.
