- Responsible for purchasing flowers & plants from international (Kenya & Holland) suppliers based on weekly sales trends, inventory management and team discussions with store managers.
- Interact with suppliers to ensure smooth ordering process.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Provide data on sales variability, forecast accuracy, and future forecasts that are used in
setting safety stocks and inventory planning parameters.
- Ensure to bring the product to the outlets at the right time by calculating ordering lead
time and by setting the re‐ordering calendar.
- Coordinating with supplier on required delivery timeline and documents.
- Creating and maintaining invoices, setting product prices based on profit margins.
- Support in the Inventory Management practices and procedures.
- Record & maintain operational reports.
- Manage & support in the daily store operations.
- Attend to customers to support store staff.
- Follow up payment from customers.
- Deal with customer grievances.
- Handling Petty cash and petty cash expenses.
