Handling the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, job posting, selection, assessment, personal interview, job offer & salary negotiation … employee induction program & on boarding.
• Devise plans for sourcing from different channels: internal and external database search, close hiring of candidates, co-ordinate with concerned employees for finalizing interviewing panels.
• Handle assigned recruitment activities including but not limited to Offer letter, appointment letter, on boarding and other related activities.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate travel logistics, interview assessments, recruit reimbursements, and answer inquiries regarding payments.
• Request reference checks for the candidate and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the departments within RTA.
• Implement the recruiting services activities from the advertisement of positions, participate in social media recruitments, organize job fairs, manage the skill testing process and conduct recruiting workshops to hire employees.
• Prepare Recruitment reports with detailed schedule of timeframes for recruitment process and on-time delivery and review KPIs in light with RTA's standards.
• Establish vacant positions for current and future recruitment needs with each department in line with manpower planning.
• Attend career job fairs, recruiting open houses and community events to pro-actively attract the best candidates.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies
Other HR Responsibilities
• Coordinate and liaise with external training providers on employees’ training needs.
• Facilitate succession planning and guide line managers with the process.
• Supporting in the training needs analysis process.
• Delivering training section KPIs to involved parties.
Conduct interviews and assessments, gather feedback, and assist with summarizing final ranking of candidates
• Plan with line managers for immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers, skill levels and market condition.
• Assist in facilitation of new hire orientation and on-boarding process.
• Coordinate phone and in-person interviews for candidates.
• Logging and reporting on all activities, including interviews conducted, the status of open positions.
• Prepare and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
• Performs routine data input into a computerized human resources information system to establish and update applicant and employee records and benefits information.

Handling the day-to-day efficient operations of the HR.
