Preparing quarterly sales forecast.
Following brand visual guidelines and information on the best sellers to maximize sales
Giving continuous attention to display / floor areas to improve presentation standards and sales, and taking necessary -action within store supervisor’s guidelines.
Arranging clients visit
Preparing quotation for ongoing project
Assisting across all activities in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures
Delivering process and stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with procedures.
All costs and risks involved in delivering goods from the stock to our client.
Responsible for Customs clearance
Dealing with the suppliers all over the world such as ( Tarkett- Saint-Goban-Geroflor-Polyflor)
Preparing FPO (Foreign Purchase Order)
Reviewing the LC (Letter of credit) documents with our suppliers before sending to the bank and ensuring that it’s matching to custom clearance conditions.
Following on the manufacturing schedule of our products and ensuring the ETS& ETA OF the goods.
Trucking the shipments.
Reviewing the shipping documents before attestation and confirming back to the suppliers
Collecting Quotations from the agent clearance and finalize with the best offer.
Preparing Technical submittal and prequalification documents
Collecting the due amounts form clients
