Confirming the payment date in order to ensure payment before suspension date.
Checking if customer needs exception until he pays the bill.
Maintaining good customer experience.

Minimizing the debt before the suspension date.

Helping VF dealers by receiving their calls and providing them with the information and solving their inquiries.
Proceeding with the fraud and stolen balance cases to assure following the process and refunding the stolen amount.

Searching hotels & Nile Cruises which match the customer's budget.
Booking rooms and calculating payments.
Handling the customer's requests during their accommodation in Egypt.
