• Meet or exceed revenue, Microsoft Solution adoption, and satisfaction targets with assigned partners several vertical industries.
• Conduct well-structured, proactively planned calls with partners
• Motivating and helping partners to close their business.
• Integrate the partner business in the business review processes (e.g. follow-up the Pipeline deals, make sure the Tier 1 Tele-Managed partners use the proper CRM tools, Profile and track technology adoption)
• Making sure partners reply to the Partner Satisfaction Surveys
• Provide quarterly business reviews on the health of assigned partner portfolio.
• Identify potential reseller to achieve objectives in the SMB market and build a pipe of opportunities based on new contacts.
• Evaluate and priorities opportunities from a strategic, financial and operational perspective.
• Structure proposals including benefits, targets, requirements, incentive structure.
• Ensure that Microsoft is providing the support required by partners to achieve sales target
• Presenting products to pharmacists.
• Persuading clients to buy company's products.
• Providing an after sales service.
• Meeting sales targets.
• Organizing or attending medical conferences.
• Keeping records of sales.
• Reporting information back to head office about Pharmacists needs.
