All clerical tasks inluding but not limited to : faxing, emailing, copying, drafting letters using word, excel & Outlook files.
Meeting and greeting visitors and clients directing them to the appropriate person.
Creating & maintains filing system in both hard and soft copies.
Following up on assigned taskes by the CEO & General Manager.
Contacting all kind of suppliers asking for offers and negotiating with them to reach the best price before presenting them to the GM including but not limited to : in all office appliances (Machines, furniture and stationery), marketing & e-marketing companies.
Following up maintenance contracts of office machines.
Managing all travel details: flights, reservation for accommodation, transportation and restaurants reservation if needed.
Arranging and attending meetings taking mintues typing it and also distribute it to appropriate persons for follow up.
Managment of GM schedule.
Assisting GM in hiring process of clerical stuff by testing them and attending interviews.
Training new hired clerical stuff.
Acting as a liason between the GM and other executive managers.
Following up on assigned tasks from CEO & GM and report the reuslts to them.
Taking stuff attendance and issuing attendance report by the end of the month.
Issuing payroll sheet when assigned.
From Jan. 2014 till Sep. 2014 working as Treasury Officer beside all the above mentioned tasks: receiving cash and cheques and issuing cheques under the supervision of the financial manager and also distracting cash.
And other tasks as assigned.

•Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member, Meet and greet clients and visitors, Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages, Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies, Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards and office keys, Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules, Collect and maintain PC inventory, Support staff in assigned project based work, following up shipping documents, Other duties as assigned.
