• Chartering Tugs/Barges to various companies
• Following import shipments (aggregate/soil/sand/rock / armor rock/ gypsum rock) from
POL to FPOD.
• Following Vessel location - from departure destination to arrival destination with SSAS
(Ship Security Alert System).
• Cooperating with Masters of vessels via internet and getting arrival/departure permissions
from respective Ports.
• Managing/arranging specialists/surveyors attendances to concerned shipyards/ drydocks/
ports.
• Arranging technicians for ship repairs and handling of spare parts with suppliers,
coordinating repairs with technical/mechanic team and the suppliers.
• Following maintenance of tugs and barges at selected shipyards (Qatar ad UAE).
Getting inspection for tugs and barges, negotiating prices with drydocks.
Arranging all sailing formalities of vessels and barges ater the confirm of the purchase.
• Managing full crew operations. Crew joining and repatriation, arranging shore passes, medical
assistance, marine supplies. Selecting/arranging /hiring and changing crew /seamen for
