• Procuring quotes for a Tender.
• Negotiating with the vendors to provide the best possible quote.
• Evaluating the quotes and selecting the appropriate supplier.
• Following up with the vendors in order to receive the quotes in the time frame required, and making sure that their technical clarifications are answered in a timely manner.
• Meeting with vendors to learn more about their services, the technologies they use and the services they provide.

As a QMS Coordinator my responsibilities are:
- Involved with the ISO Certification program. This included placing the procedures for the different parties in the department, and coordinating with our colleagues in Germany and Norway to enhance the level of Quality control in the department.
- Create the handover documents and procedures between the different parties.
- Ensuring that all involved parties are aware of the requirements placed by the QMS department.

Other organizational tasks:
- Maintaining the man-hours for all the employees in the PEP department. This included coordinating with various departments to create a customized system to keep track of the department’s man-hour allocation.
