• Handle the full recruitment cycle including: job posting, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, preform reference checks then select and hire the most fit calibers to the position .
• Conduct CBI Interview based on the core competencies for each position.
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
• Creates reports on applicants’ flow, selection
• Conducting Exit Interviews and prepare a consolidate report to inform the Management with the turnover causes and how to overcome.
• Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through various sources
• Discuss and prepare job offers and communicates information of perspective candidates.
• Responsible for job posting on the recruitment channels .
• Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess candidate's skill level, interest and cultural fit
• Conduct interview with potential candidate .
• Arrange interview appointments with the hiring manager
• Preparing offer for new hires and follow up on approvals
• Handle Job Needs for New Hires
• Handle the Monthly Report about Turnover percentage with reasons
• Handle the resignation process.
• Conduct Exit Interview.
• Prepares monthly report of Interview Status.
• Daily Update Recruitment Database.
• Update and complete all job descriptions
•Settlement of employees expenses in terms of per diem payment, Travel expenses, & Accommodation expenses.
• Confer with compensation & benefits unit to ensure settlement of employees dues
• Handle recruitment activities such as screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, and checking references.
• Determine the type of training required, Schedule of training activities and Selection and training materials and methods.
• Responsible about New employee on-boarding
• Organizing the testing and interviewing process of applicants.
• Schedule, organize & prepare recruitment preliminary tests to test each candidate’s technical skills, language and Internet usage skills
• Handle all termination procedures
• Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance
• Handle all hiring issues such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintain it in the employee file
