• Arranging for a range of activities and documentation to facilitate the timely and accurate import, transit and distribution of goods
• Handling customers accounts for grains business
• Responding to routine internal and customer enquiries on status of imports and distribution
• Following up on vessels’ statuses at load ports until arrival at disport
• Following up on issuance of correct documents at load ports for all vessels.
• Issuing commercial invoices and insurance policies related to customers’ contracts.
• Presenting documents to buyers’ banks and following up on payments
• Entering data into databases and systems to maintain up to date trade execution records
• Preparing the Emergency Response Plans for EMEA
• Gathering data and writing reports
• Working on Facilities Management projects and business cases
• Coordinate conferences, seminars and meetings, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly
• Organizing and managing internal and external events
• Reviewing and analyzing monthly invoices
• Negotiate with suppliers for best packages and offers
• Creating shopping carts for purchases through SRM
• Following up on POs from door to door
• Translating Arabic and English documents, reports and slides for the project of the development of the Tenth of Ramadan City.
