•Making a comparison between all the shipping lines basis on reefer availability, T.Time, vessel arrival date, prices to choose the best and suitable option for us.
•Preparing and sending shipping declaration to the selected shipping line containing complete data.
•Frequent contacting with the shipping line to know the exact vessel arrival and departure time (even by phone or by tracking vessel through the Internet)
•Send the final shipping data as soon as I receive it to the shipping line and demanding for a draft of the Packing List (P/L).
•Reviewing P/L draft and send a confirmation to the shipping line to issue the original P/L, in the mean time I send a copy to our customs Clearance dept. to start issue (C.O.O+Phito
