- HR Business Partner for Northern Europe BU reporting into the HR Director Northern Europe
- Support the development of line managers and employees on HR policies and company processes.
- Support HR Director with mergers and acquisitions (1 to 2 acquisitions per year): due diligence, legal review, prepare HR Business Case with alignment with cost projection, implementation of changes and employee communication
- Talent Acquisition: recruitment of open positions, maintain relationship with Universities and Business Schools. Implement initiatives to find the best candidates on the market.
­- Learning & Development: assessing development needs, set up training catalogue per department & coordination of local trainings. Implementation of knowledge sharing initiatives (e.g. Brain Picnic’s)
­- Talent Management: coordination of the PMP process, succession planning, Talent Reviews and prepare HR slides for Business Presentations. Support with bonus and merit cycle. International mobility
