business goals.

* Perform operations research to study issues and concerns of client activity.
* Organize Dispatch / Route / Schedule / System updates, issues and opportunities.
* Train & align all staffs in all level on daily responsibilities, operations and customer service activities.
* Evaluates Camp Safety & Health and develop Safety Manual & Emergency Evacuation Procedure.
* Evaluates Fleet Maintenance Process and recommend improvements.
* Addresses Lost Prevention and Waste Disposal issues and concerns & makes evaluation.
* Accomplishes the area camps the administrative activities involving equipment, buses maintenance,
accommodation housekeeping, safety & security, and environmental adherence activity.

• Oversees the daily operations in the distribution facility.
• Meets and exceed all CCBPI set operations and delivery goals.
• Ensures at least 90% of the KPIs are being met
• Collaborates with different department heads (vertical and horizontal alignment)
• Enhances and monitors delivery procedures and policies.
• Sets and maintains productivity and quality standards.
• Distributes daily workload to ensure all departments completed work on time.
• Works and aligns directly with warehouse and sales to determine operational concerns and points.
• Ensures to meet customer service excellence
• Prepares presentation materials for Monthly Operations Review, Training Modules and Reports.
• Work with Product Availability Group and Finance-Accounting Department for settlement issues.
• Works with Head Inventory Department and Warehouse managers.
• Schedule upkeep and maintenance of Fleet Trucks and equipments.
• Hires, trains and evaluates cross functional team of employees.
• Manages third party service providers, asserts vendor relations, ensures cost-effectiveness.
• Schedule Safety, warehouse and sales meetings, inspired to collaborate to align with.
• Maintain OSHA, DOT and audit compliance.

• Identifies business challenges and translate them into requirements and solutions.
• Works across the spectrum of supply chain strategy, process improvement, and technology implementation .
• Effectively works in a collaborative team structure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Business processes and reviews strategy, planning, sourcing and procurement, logistics, transportation and warehousing

• Approves repairs and rehabilitation of all vehicles, no downtime equipment
