Job Description

*Communicate rules of inspection to prospective and existing clients.

*Prepare weekly inspection reports, daily inspection schedules, daily inspection remarks and work status
*Prepares quotation for new and existing clients
*Scanning, sorting, filing, registering and maintaining all relevant documents. Keep track of all document correspondences and transaction. Maintain and update all document registers
*Making of Training& Assessment certificates and cards of students who have undergone training
*Provide system reports as requested, Deliver key performance indicator (KPI’s) for the department
