• Monitoring specific stage of inspections & tests as per approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensures that all inspections are carried out as specified on the appropriate QCP/QCF.
• Monitor all works in progress & immediately notify the responsible Site Engineer, Supervisor or Foreman of any that may not be accordance with project specifications or Quality Management System.
• Conducting RFI with Bomesc contractor at offshore fabrication yard.

• Inspection of Mock up to insure that the quality & workmanship achieved & meet the criteria of the client and assuring that there are no discrepancies occurred as per AFC drawings and mock up samples.
• Carry out quality inspection of incoming materials and equipment delivered at yard & monitoring vendor assembly, fabrication & erection of living quarters.
• Final visual, dimensional inspection & verification of packing & marking identification of the equipment.
• Making sure that all site activities are properly monitored and all relevant quality records are established and maintained requirements, good construction practice, and assuring that only approved materials are used to meet the client regulation and project standard.
• Assist the QA/QC manager for the analysis of causes of NCR opened & suggest preventive actions.
• Assuring the contractor are following inspection and test plan, method of statement for fabrication of modules and other architectural and civil works.
• Control the Non Compliance materials and issue NCR’s for those materials.
• Generating of punch list of the completed modules or living quarters & signing for punch list items rectifications.
• Assisting Vendor representative (STACO-BOMESC, Korea) for installation of offshore materials such as fire rated windows & doors.
• Ordering materials such as staco walls, ceiling and flooring materials as per offshore standard.
• Purchasing Field Material Request as per KJO approved vendor list.
• Selecting approved materials as per offshore standard and KJO specifications.
• Inspection at Technip Yard for verifying materials as per offshore standard.
• Assisting Vendor representative and supervising installation as per Inspection and Test Plan.

practice, only approved materials are used.
• Regular visits to Project site to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract compliance with shop drawings, and report any deviations.
• Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per the intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
• Final inspection of work and preparation of Punch List and Snag Lists and follow up remedial works until works found satisfactory.
• Preparation of List for the furniture's delivered on site and marking one by one if totally distributed and arranged properly to the designated area

Preparation of Checklist and other documents related to quality assurance and project implementation works.
Preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for Civil and Architectural activities, development of inspection and test plans, procedures, schedules and reports in accordance with the requirements of document QP-STD-Q-004 Rev.1 .

Project Objective:
Upgrade the existing GDS SCADA with state-of-the-art technology to improve availability, reliability and overall system response in performing it’s monitoring, control, communications and safe guarding.
• Segregate the present ESD functions from process PLC and transfer ESD functions to SIL-3 rated new safety PLC’s inline with QP corporate philosophy for Fire & Safety (QP-PHL-S-001).

Position: Architectural Inspector (Commissioning)
•Performs variety of complex inspection function within the assigned inspection discipline in addition to providing day-to-day work directions as required for the inspection of new or existing facilities assuring that materials are correct for the intend service.
•Performs other miscellaneous related duties as directed by the field supervisor.
•Highlighting of safety issues and concerns.
