• Support in the development and implementations of department strategy.
• Implementation of performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against departmental goals
• Foster organizational culture by establishing quality awareness and service orientation and complying and implementing processes.
• Review, update and implementation adherence of policies and procedures
• Liaise with the Business Units head to support their human capital strategy in relation to business needs
• Support in building a successful modern HR function with support of daily HR operations.
• Contribute to review and update new HR Policies and Procedures and related documents under consideration of available standards such as but not limited to legal, company and audit standards
• Responsible for implementation and achieving compliance of HR Policies and Procedures with the support of the respective COEs and act as consultancy professional providing advice/counsel to assist line managers and staff in understanding and implementing policies and procedures
• Support business units with job descriptions and organization re-structure.
• Support COEs to update compensation and benefits structure as per market standard.
• Conduct job review and analysis for job descriptions according to set methodology
• Support other departments in projects related to HR or in HR projects
• Prepare surveys, analysis and reports required by HR management.
• Fulfil all the Human capital need of business unit with the support of COEs.

• Maintain database of clients and keep in touch with them. Check and response the mails, faxes. Ensure them for after sales services.
• Business development through cold calls, email, references,
• Present the suitable recruitment alternatives including advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives and suggest them for the right recruitment solutions.
• Identify sources like referrals, job portals, advertisement, Internet searches, networking and Headhunting to get suitable profiles, draft and strategically place the advertisements in newspapers and company’s web site to attract appropriate qualified candidates.
• Source suitable candidate from web portals like Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, etc.
• Review and short list the applications, conduct pre-interview, prepare candidate for clients’ interview according to the employer’s expressed criteria along with references check.
• Reformat the candidate’s curriculum vitae (CV) if required, making arrangements of candidates to be interviewed and preparing the candidates for interview, negotiation of salaries and contracts, arranging final Interviews with the clients, keep in touch with candidates.
• Coordinate with the overseas associate office to arrange the interview for clients’ requirements.
• Make travel arrangements of clients to overseas.
• Coordinate overseas associate office and clients for new recruits’ joining.
