• Handling /Maintaining Man Stores.
• In-Charge for issue, receipt, documentation, warehousing, inventory and making computerized for related items, maintain inward and outward on daily basis.
• Maintained store facilities to ensure smooth functioning - Made arrangements and placed orders for new stock and supplies whenever necessary.
• Arranging the Materials as per requirement, preservation, proper tagging of new received materials and updating location in system Like -Display, Regular, Promotion and Slow Moving.
• Identifying the Hazardous Materials and locating in designated safe place.
• Routine physical inventory count and maintaining Min-Max level of Stock.
• Inventory control including define Ageing, slow & Non- moving items.
• Maintaining the ageing reports for Local Purchase materials and reporting to product Manager for return to supplier.
• Maintaining the Monthly damage reports (Transit, Received, Customer and store) and submits to the Management for further action.
• The function of store is to store the access components to protect bin from damage and dust.
• Reported to store manager on a regular basis regarding the need/demand of items so that the future orders could be placed accordingly.
• Maintaining the daily customer delivery and installation schedule and doing accordingly.
• Handling a team and assign the work as daily basis task.
• May participate in planning personnel-safety plant-protection activities.
• Maintaining box files and soft file folders, reports etc. for proper &accurate records.

• Responsible for loading, offloading trucks, receiving products, packing and labeling shipping.
• Responsible for put way of all inbounds, picking items for customer & store delivery in daily basis.
• Co-ordination with Supervisor for the daily requirement & movement of stocks.
