Key & Responsibilities
* Responsible for tracing and troubleshoot Tikona 4G broadband wireless network connectivity issue.
* Configure, Maintain and Troubleshoot all North India PAN Network setup. Network devices like Cisco core routers
7200, Cisco gateway router ASR 9000, Cisco manageable switches like ME3440, 4948 & 2960 series, Ruckus
wireless devices like CPE-2211(customer premises Equipment), WiMAX(RedMAX), Access point(2741), Ubiquity
Nano station, zone directors to manage and monitoring access point and other devices, Basic knowledge of Firewall,
Load Balancer, Inventum MSC-3000 and Sun Server.
* Monitor network devices and network functions using different software like Flex master, Ubiquity Air-Control, Wire
shark, WAN Killer and Capstone.
* Prepare network utilization chart of Router, Switches, MSC, Firewall, Wireless network devices connectivity.
* Performing onsite data centre support that includes network configuration and any network equipment
installation/testing and maintenance
* Support different kinds of customers like wireless broadband, and leased line customer of small and medium enterprise
business.
* Network Plotting on Google earth.
* 24*7 support to the PAN India network of Tikona and thousands of customer of the company.

Technical Skills
* Independently coordinating with site engineers and customer representatives to fulfill all requirements to keep the
network up & running without any breakdown.
* Extensively involved in Configuration and troubleshooting of WAN connections on RF.
* Good experience of configuring Wireless Devices like Pointred, Wip Manage (Air Span), Radwin and MAKSAT.
* Good Knowledge of P2P and P2MP Wireless links.
* Good knowledge of WiMAX Technology.
