• Responsible for any monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions on SAP (hire, transferee, termination, leaves, loans, allowances, penalties, incentive, special bonus, -----, etc) and generate analysis reports and salaries pay slips.
• Review and update the headcount for all subsidiaries after remove the terminations and adding the new hires and to SAP.
• issuing HR and experience letters and training certificates
• Handling transfer processes, salaries adjustments, requests for loans and claims of employees and other HR requests.
• Responsible for employees attendance tracking and communicate the findings to the department managers
• Prepare employee contracts according to Egyptian labor law, review employee identification numbers into the personnel system.
• Handle the administration procedures of the new joiners and coordinate with the
concerned departments.
• Prepare customer service employees incentives based on KPI's parameters and performance factors.
• Update Sales headcount and produce a Turn over sales report on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reports & payroll activities.
• Prepare profit share and salaries increase proposals.
• Prepare monthly report regarding earnings bank transfer and directly cash payment.

• Support recruitment process end-to-end to enable selection of quality talent for vacant positions within defined timeliness starting with posting the job and calling the candidates till issuing the offer letter.
• Finalize the job offer after confirming with Management.
• Once an employee has joined ensure that payroll are informed, they are issued with an employee number and the personnel file documentation requirements are completed accurately before it is filed.
• Orientation / onboarding process on introducing new hires to the firm.
• Organize and maintain employee's E-mail - Business line - finger print/ access card - work location -vacation Plan and Assets.
• Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles, responsibilities and revising & creating Job descriptions.
• Assist HR Team in carrying out various HR procedures and resolving employee questions as identified in established policies and defined procedures.
• Create and finalizing the updated HR forms and employees assessment from and satisfaction survey.

• Coordinating with different departments to identify their recruitment requirements.
• Collecting training needs and coordinate the training programs with providers, gather feedback and follow-up on invoices.
• Participate and collaborate with all human resources department members activities as assigned to him by direct manager.

• Supports the sales department in its daily work flow and sales analysis.
• Manage the company’s sales branches
• Manage and safeguard the company’s customer database.
• Report for achievement of the target required for each sales, sales managers, area managers and directors.
• Record sales movement and monthly report (Sales Sources analysis).
• Follow-up Data distribution for each sales and made reports about the results (closed and the reason for didn’t closed). Using CRM
• Working align with different departments to support sales team.
• Spread calls receiving from call center to sales managers.
• Tracking and following up with sales executive.
• Collecting data and generate reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Organize Clients visits to showrooms.
• Organize waiting list for new project.
• Record the online leads and track their follow up.
