If he first time visit the hospital or walk in i have to make a pin card to keep it with him in any time visit SGH Hospital which help him to find his data & get his reservation for any doctor so easy.

Collect the patient ID or passport.

Print a bill for patient after see the doctors schedule & patient reservation time.

Ask the patient payment method which he preferred.

If he related any insurance company I have to take discount procedure regarding to his ID or his membership.

Let patient get rest till his turn.


follow up with patient if he got a good service & I have to be sure the SGH Hospital meet the patient needs.
