. Manages all trackers, ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to market research and insights of the segments;
. Moderated concept testing qualitative focus groups and ethnographies;
• Initiated the most crucial comprehensive research studies that utilise statistics models including; Telecom Industry Conjoint Pricing Model, Dual-SIM users Segmentation and U&A, Egyptian Youth Lifestyle Segmentation, and Delta governorates U&A.
• Manages other segments including Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise (B2B).
• Collaborates between cross-functional teams to produce various analytical, integrated deep-dive customer behavior and segmentation pieces.
Conducted feasibility analysis for new projects and business opportunities as well as related action plan and assisted in the implementation.
Identified global and regional construction trends and produced macroeconomic, strategic and industry analysis
Produced financial and business analysis for competitors
