 Create Marketing Plans for company divisions (Retail, Brands, Hospitality and Holding)
 Prepare the annual department budgets for the Board’s review and approval.
 Control Marketing Expenses of handled Brands within the approved budget.
 Develop and implement Marketing Programs and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) platform for all Brands.
 Market launch and opening events.
 Led various Marketing activities and campaigns ensuring the brands are consistently present in the market.
 Organize Photoshoot for new collections, including theme, location, models, and photographer in line with the brand Guidelines and Local Culture.
 Work closely with Malls Marketing Departments to maximize advertising and promotional opportunities.
 Responsible for Media buying with Magazines, Newspapers and Radio.
 Coordinate with external suppliers of marketing materials to ensure that all collaterals are produced on time and according to cost/quality criteria.
