- Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies to support contracts and total needs
- Manage and Place the supply plan, responsive supply chain module, Procurement SOPs and KPIs
- Source and identify the Foreign and Local suppliers and optimize the commercial terms
- Negotiate Import & Export terms and follow up shipping to ensure goods will be delivered at right time and cost
- Generate LC and ACID and follow up all electronic procedures and clearance steps
- Follow up the inbound logistics operations, documentation and governmental approvals
- Assists in planning and monitoring production, material requirements, warehouse capacity and stock levels
- Evaluate vendor performance and develop effective collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain the financial and commercial terms in coordination with Finance
- Assess total cost of purchases and set procurement budgets
Set the demand plan in coordination with Sales team and SCM
- Set the production priorities in coordination with Production planner
- Maintain the logistics plan to match it with MPS
- Keep track of Production, Quality and Warehouse to release goods as agreed
- Suggest the best shipping mode and Incoterms for shipments
- Achieving OTIF targets and enhancing the loading methods to gain the best possible profit
- Set the dispatching plan and oversee domestic and International dispatching operations
- Oversee export documentation and renewable regulations
- Review PO’s, contracts and L/C then prepare summary for requirements
- Follow up order cycle and customer needs with CRM
- Coordinate with Finance in follow due payments, L/C, L/G and Cash
- Prepare shipping declaration form (SDF) and arrange booking procedures
- Review and send shipping documents to custom agent
- Arrange pick up process with 3PL and follow shipments till finalize custom clearance and navigation
- Send draft of shipping documents to client then the originals
- Handling the customer complaints till resolution and set the preventive actions
Study short-term sales & production plan to ensure aligning with standards and customer needs
- Coordinate the outbound logistics operations to dispatch goods in zero defects with lowest cost
- Coordinate the suitable date of shipping with Logistics and inspectors
- Implement QA standards for finished goods and validate data on ERP software
- Collaborate with all departments to eliminate waste under Lean principles
- Coordinate with Procurement in choosing vendors and negotiation for MOQ and quality needed
- Plan and direct transportation and monitor its KPIs (delivery times, cancellations, ratings and quality, infraction)
- Identify operational problems and root causes then submit solutions and recommendations
- Assist in material and distribution planning with focus on customer service level and trade-offs
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, costs, efficiency and order fulfillment
- Monitor import and export processes to ensure compliance with requirements
