 Manage marketing strategies and commercial activities for 6 international and 4 local brands.  Hired, managed and trained a marketing team of 3 designers, 3 digital marketers, a media buyer and 10 promotors from the bottom up, as well as setting up a skill-based training plan for all team members in order to improve professional qualifications, in order to ensure that the final brand images for 10 brands are delivered correctly and clearly to clients.  While the marketing budget given was insufficient to assist in positioning products effectively on the market, I was capable of setting up sales arrangements with 40 retailers inside and outside Cairo in order to create cash flow to be utilized on the necessary marketing efforts, and I generated the first EGP 150, 000.  The companys main business was cosmetics, so I communicated a factory in China that manufactured electronics, and after some negotiations and agreements, the company became an authorized agent and distributor for them in Egypt that lead to EGP 1, 000, 000 revenues.  Several pharmacies, online platforms, spas, beauty centers, and hotels, including Marriott Hotel America, have signed agreements for distribution and mutual commercial activities.  As part of my teams development strategy, I requested that management enroll our graphic designers in a motion graphics course so that they had produced more than 15 commercial videos in-house rather than employing an external agency, which resulted in a savings of more than EGP 250, 000 in the first year.  Managed events like:
