• Spearheaded deployment of Document management system (Fortis) in the Banks in coast region branches
• Instrumental in relocating two bank branches
• Deployed and set up all workstations, server room/mounting all devices and ensured all systems are running as expected in the bank
• Initiated the relocation of Kenya Data Network outdoor units in the banks branch
• Instrumental in the removal of the old PBX system to VoIP systems
