1 Identifying specific needs of the project beneficiaries, contributing to the assessment of these needs and/or directly assessing these needs as required
2. Responding to the identified needs, by providing direct support (donation of basic items) and by referring internally and externally as needed, respecting confidentiality and the right of the beneficiary
3.Developing and reinforcing the relationships with INGO, LNGO, authorities, community focal points and any other stakeholders on the field to improve the identification system, with the support of DVFP Field Officers
4.Reporting data on beneficiaries' and follow-up .
