Key responsibilities:
• Project manager on KEC HQ building design project with total GFA 4200sqm.
• Active member in KEC Enterprise GIS project
• Master Plan amendment - design amendment alternatives at city master plan and local area master plan level. Review and advise on master plan amendments impact on plot level designs
• Prepare regulatory architectural and urban planning design guideline drawings that guide sub-developer designs
• Parcel planner for villa gated community project - master plan and plot subdivisions
• Design Jeddah offices space layout for new expansion
• Review Architectural designs of key projects such as Display Village (18 Villas) Project, Midrise Building Project(GFA 275, 000 sqm) and Sale Center (GFA 3500).
• Produce a comprehensive Labor Camp community design
• Support all KEC departments including Marketing, Business Development, Master Planning with design requirements, this includes design, plot subdivisions, local area master plan designs
• Key active member on KEC participation of Cityscape 2010 and 2011 and act as a presenter
• Participate in market research on Madinah & Makkah for housing and service requirements demand
