-Assist team lead to support IT service desk team and deskside support team for incident resolution and service request fullment in accordance with service level agreements/procedures/standards
-Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
-Compile and maintain documentation on end user computing standards, service desk operation procedures and guidelines
-Assist team lead in service desk process improvement and automation projects
-Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary
-Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing
